I have experience in helping individuals, families, adolescents and children with a variety of complex social and emotional needs. The challenges that you are facing can get easier to deal with when you are in a supportive and effective environment. You will experience a holistic approach and work with me to find a treatment that is individualized to your needs. I specialize in interventions that focus on the mind, body and spirit. Confidentiality is always a priority and therapy is provided in a professional, personal, and unbiased environment.

I enjoy working with individuals that may be struggling with: goal setting, low self- esteem, relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, and drug and alcohol addiction. We will work together in setting obtainable goals. I realize that traditional approaches may not work with every individual, therefore, I will incorporate less traditional approaches such movement and mindfulness, as well as many more.

I have earned Bachelors degree from the University of Central Florida and a Masters Degree in Social Work from KutztownUniversity. While at Kutztown, I received the 2013 Diversity Prize, presented by Senator Judy Schwank. The award was presented for a project that highlighted the importance of respect for individual differences and diminishment of biases, especially in the area of counseling and treatment. I will soon be pursuing Licensure as a Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and look forward to a variety of continuing education opportunities that will allow me to stay current in effective treatments.  I look forward to being a part of your journey to self- improvement!
